Life Movements Group Exercise Classes at Elder Care

Join us Monday and Wednesday from 11:00 am - 11:45 am and 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm. Participants are led through various low-intensity movements for core strength, endurance, postural correction, and coordinated balance.
