The YMCA presents their Sprint Triathlon

The Tri in July is a Sprint Triathlon with both Adult and Youth divisions that benefits the Richard Kane YMCA Scholarship program (Membership For All), giving families & youth access to healthy living opportunities. July 18, 2026, 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Sooner Park and Pool. Events for Adults (400m Pool Swim, 12 mile Bike Ride, 5k Run); Participants 10-13 years old (100m Pool Swim, 3 mile Bike Ride, 1 Mile Run); Participants 6-9 years old (50m Pool Swim, 3 mile Bike Ride, 1 Mile Run).
