Watercolor Techniques

Using award-winning watercolor artist Nita Engle’s techniques- students will complete 2 paintings in this class brought to you by the Bartlesville Art Association. Jim Buchan will show clips from Nita Engle’s DVDs and then demo her technique. Students will paint after that using techniques from the DVD and live demo.

Jim has been painting in watercolors for 50 years, and has studied with Hugh Walkingshaw, Charles Reid, Nita Engles, and other nationally known artists. He is currently president of the Green Country Watercolor Society in Tulsa, and teaches classes in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Check out his website at watercolorsbyjimbuchan.com.
