Winter 2026 Exhibit– “Bartlesville Throughout the Decades: Part One”

This winter the Bartlesville Area History Museum is proud to present “Bartlesville Throughout the Decades: Part One!” Celebrating the creative spirit that has shaped Bartlesville from its earliest foundations through the present day, this exhibit guides visitors through a visual journey of the city’s growth—beginning with its frontier roots, continuing through the rise of industry and innovation. Opening January 13, in anticipation of America’s 250th birthday in July, the exhibit invites guests to reflect on how our shared history captures the moments that built our foundations. As visitors move along the timeline, they will see how Bartlesville’s development and celebrated heritage, have contributed to our American tale. This exhibit not only honors the legacy of past creators but also inspires appreciation for the traditions that continue to thrive in Bartlesville. The Museum is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (closed on weekends and holidays) at 401 S. Johnstone Avenue, 5th Floor. Museum entry is free, but donations are always welcome.
